Recreational Cheerleading

This class is geared toward children and teenagers that are interested in finding out what cheerleading is all about. We offer a controlled environment centered around safety first! Our goal is to prepare today’s athletes and cheerleaders for both school and all-star cheerleading. If you have any questions about which class your child would be best suited for or if you have questions not answered by the information listed here please call stop by the front desk at the gym.

Cheer Tech:
This class is centered around tumbling development yet still takes time to develop and perfect the basic to advanced skills involved in cheerleading. This class is geared toward an advanced level cheerleader.

Cheer 101(Rec):
This class is focused on teaching the basics of motions, cheers, chants, stunts, spiriting, dance, jumps and voice projection with a little emphasis on tumbling. This class is geared toward a beginning level cheerleader.
