We love to have your child at the gym!  Regular class attendance has the optimal effect on your child's development and builds confidence.  However, we know that there are times and instances when your child may not be able to attend class.

GENERAL CGA POLICIES JUNIOR OLYMPIC TRAINING CENTER

TUITION – is auto drafted the 1st of every month by Katy Gymnastics/Champion Gym/Champion Gymnastics. We accept checking account [ACH] or Credit Card drafting information. We take VISA, Mastercard and Discover.

BILLING - All enrolled students must have their tuition paid via monthly automatic drafting. It is NOT our policy to have anyone pay tuition on a month-to-month basis.

DECLINES – Any tuition declines/chargebacks will result in a $30 fee to your account. Please make sure you speak to the Front Desk with any questions about your account charges.

CHANGES TO YOUR ACCOUNT - Any changes to your billing account MUST be given in writing to the Front Desk so that your account will be billed correctly. As a reminder changes need to be submitted by the 20th of each month to ensure it is correct for next month’s billing.

REFUNDS – Registration fees and monthly tuition are not refundable. Any billing in excess after you submit a drop notice will not be given a monetary refund. The excess will be available to you for credit here at the gym, good towards Pro Shop, Birthday Parties, future tuition, Parent's Night Out, or most special CGA events or programs.

CANCELLATIONS – CGA requires a 2 week written drop notice for recreational classes (team members must provide a 30-day written notice). That means you are considered cancelled on the day that the 2 weeks occurs after it is submitted to the Front Desk. Your child may come to class for the remaining 2 weeks, while your drop notice is pending. Our drop notice forms can be found at the Front Desk, or can be emailed to champgym@consolidated.net.  All drop notices receive a confirmation number. However, please note we do NOT EVER accept drop notices via phone, fax, verbally, or via regular mail.  All drop notices receive a confirmation number. If you email your notice, it is YOUR responsibility to make sure we have received it. If you have not heard from us in 48 hours [2 days], please call and check on the status. 

CGA policy is NO refunds.

PRO SHOP – Clothing in the pro shop can be tried on in the restrooms in the main facility ONLY. No clothing may leave the main area. Please have undergarments on when fitting a leo.

TAGS – NO tags can be removed prior to purchase of clothing. Vendors do not accept clothing that does not have it’s original tag on it.

EXCHANGES – Clothing purchases cannot be refunded. They may be exchanged, and then only when the tags are on them. If you have issues after using the items, it is a manufacturer issue. We are consigning them directly with the vendor, they do not belong to CGA.

MAKE UPS – CGA does offer make ups for classes. However, you cannot make up a scheduled make up if you miss it. You may reschedule it before you miss it.

GYM CLOSED – When CGA closes the facility for any reason or cancels a class, complimentary make ups are available only when 4 classes are not provided within that month.

GYM OPENED – If your child misses his/her class for any reason and the gym has provided that day and time available for you, you can still take a make up class. You need to WAIT until the DAY of the missed class has actually passed to call for a make up. 

RESERVING MAKE UP TIME – All make ups must be reserved prior to that make up class. 

ELIGIBILITY – A child must be currently enrolled in the program, take the same class he/she is making up, and do so within 30 days of missed class.

MAKE UPS are not encouraged as a replacement for a regular class. Your child benefits more with the same class to keep up with skills to be taught and mastered. Changing classes for a short period of time may be a better option if you know that another event will prevent your child from coming to class. CONSISTENCY is the key to learning gymnastics. This takes some commitment to achieve skills.
