These classes cover all our needs for kids between the ages of 18 months old to 6 years old. If you have any questions about which class your child would be best suited for or if you have questions not answered by the information listed here please call stop by the front desk at the gym.

TotsStretch

Mommy and Me: Ages 18 months-3 yrs.
What a fun and exciting interactive class for you and little one! Open to moms, dads, grandparents, or
anyone wanting to spend some time with their toddler, stretching, moving muscles and having a great time doing it. This popular class focuses on fun, but will also help develop your child's coordination, flexibility, balance, and core strength as well as aid their listening and socialization skills. A great start for your little one, smoothing the transition process to our highly-recognized Toddler Program.

Toddler: Age 3-4 yrs.
This is a terrific class for some of our youngest children, providing an excellent foundation in beginning gymnastics. We keep the class fun and moving, increasing their coordination, flexibility, balance and core strength as well as their listening and socialization skills. Our toddler program is second to none.

Super Tots: Age 3-4 yrs.
This exciting class is for our toddler students with excellent listening skills who have demonstrated an
above-level strength and ability, with an inner desire towards attaining skills. Entrance to this advanced class is by coach-invitation only.

 

Preschool: Ages 4 & 5 yrs.
This fun class teaches our budding gymnasts flexibility, balance, coordination and strength. We ensure these students get an excellent foundation in beginning gymnastics, with an eye towards the detail necessary for successful skill progression.

Advanced PreSchool: Ages 4 & 5 yrs.
This advanced class is for our preschool students who have demonstrated an above-level strength, ability and focus, with an inner desire towards attaining skills. Entrance to this higher-level class is by coach-invitation only.

Kindergarten: Age 5 yrs.
Our outstanding kindergarten classes are an excellent springboard to any of our award-winning programs; whether it be Gymnastics, Cheer, Tumbling, or Tumbling & Trampoline (popularly known as T & T).Our students receive a level of coaching that is unparalleled, and will be learning a myriad of beginning gymnastics and tumbling skills, all age and developmentally
appropriate for our kindergarten students.
