Tumbling
Tumble classes are designed to improve your flexibility, technique, core body strength, and precision of skills that go along with all levels of tumbling.
Our recreational tumbling is spread out over 5 levels of advancement. Level 1 will start you off with the fundamentals of tumbling and progressing up through the levels to elite tumbling. If you have any questions about which class your child would be best suited for or if you have questions not answered by the information listed here please call stop by the front desk at the gym.

Level 1A & 1B Tumbling:
This class both introduces and works on perfecting a wide variety of basic tumbling skills, such as handstands, forward, backward rolls, cartwheels, rounds off and back walkovers.
Back Handspring Boot Camp:
One of the biggest milestones in tumbling is conquering the basic back handspring. So we designed a class specifically focused on advancement through this skill. Your child will be exposed to a variety of drills designed to increase the core strength and muscle memory that is used to progressively accomplish the goal of a proper back handspring.
Level 2 Tumbling:
In this class we will put together the skills developed in level 1 tumbling and back handspring boot camp. The core focus of this class is working on round off through a back handspring and varieties of beginning level pass tumbling.

Level 3 Tumbling:
The main focus of this class is tumbling through a round off back handspring to a backwards summersault in the tuck position (back tuck). We will also spend time perfecting the basic varieties of pass tumbling.
Level 4 Tumbling:
The main focus of this class is tumbling through a round off back handspring to a backwards summersault in the layout position (layout).
Level 5 Tumbling:
The main focus of this class is tumbling through a round off back handspring to a backwards full and double full twisting summersault in the layout position (full and double full’s).
Trampoline and Tumbling class:
These T & T classes (Tumbling and Trampoline) will work on basic trampoline skills using proper and safe technique to perform these skills. Under the direction of 2-time Olympic Coach Vassil Vassilev, our tumbling & trampoline (known as T & T ) classes are the hottest trend in gymnastics. There's no limit to the amount of fun a kid can have learning awesome flips and twists!
